YOU’VE GOT STYLE, LOOKIN’ SO SHARP| Ren Sohma stands at five feet, six inches, taller than her daughter, Akito. Her eyes are a pale algae green and are almost always narrowed, whether they be seductive or irritated. She has long, thick lashes that always have mascara on them. Her lips are a pale coral, but since you rarely see her without lipstick, you'll most likely find her wearing a terribly bright red color on them. Her skin is pale white and flawless. Her hair is long, tumbling down her back and reaching to her thighs. It is a plum-black that sometimes appears irridescent blue, or just raven black depending on the lighting.
It is extremely rare to find her not wearing a dress that shows a lot of clevage. Usually, it will be red or black, with extremely thin straps. She is usually either barefoot or wearing heels when she's walking around. |

CHARISMATIC PERSONALITY | Ren Sohma is a cruel person. She'll do anything to hurt Akito, even sleep with the man that her daughter loves just to spite her and rub it in her face. She can love deeply, and be kind when it comes to those she really cares about (Akira, who is dead, and D'Noir.), but is obviously not a good mother. |

HISTORY| Ren's history is not exciting. She was raised by her two parents, who loved each other very much. They left on a trip far away and died together in a plane crash. Ren had never been close to them. Of course she mourned, but got over it. She worked as a servant for the Sohma family.
There'd been a boyfriend she'd had, D'Noir. They were close, and she'd met him in high school. She kept in touch with him even after they broke up and they graduated out of school.
When Ren was assigned as Akira's caretaker, she was ecstatic. From there, things escalated. She'd always had an admiration for him. Upon being assigned as his caretaker, she got closer and closer to him, seeing his loneliness and cheering him up, finding new ways to make him smile all the time.
It wasn't long before Akira had chosen her as the woman he wished to mary. Though others disapproved, Akira's word was law and so the two wedded. When Ren became pregnant, she'd demanded that no matter what, the child would be raised a boy. She threatened to abort the baby if Akira did not agree. So it was decided that this would be the child's fate.
Ren was jealous of Akito from the day the child was born. She had everyone's attention, all the servants, all of her cousins, and worst of all, Akira. If everyone else loved that stupid child, why couldn't Akira just love HER? The jealousy drove her insane, and there were many times when she dreamt of killing the baby.
Two years after Akito had been born, Ren needed someone to lean on. She did not want to trouble Akira, and so she sought out D'Noir, that old friend from high school.
She'd started out crying to him, explaining to him what had happened. From there, things got bad. They kissed, and... did some 'stuff'.
In the end, Ren became pregnant with Dante. Somehow, nobody learned about it, not even Akira. How she hid it, nobody knew, but she did, and then gave the child away to D'Noir, not wanting it in the first place.
Even now, she hides the fact that Dante is her son from everybody, and she continues to be as abusive as ever toward Akito. |
